Policies

There is a 10-item minimum for all personalized party favors. Our items are subject to  availability. Due to the fact that every item is hand painted, each item may vary slightly from the picture shown.

Please email all names to be personalized when placing your order. An order confirmation will be sent to you at the time of your order to confirm your information. Any corrections must be made within 24 hrs. or we will assume the information is correct and will begin personalizing your items. Please make sure your email address is typed correctly. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

We recommend you add a couple of non-personalized items to your order. Just in case that unexpected guest does arrive.

Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order.

If you just found out about us or don't have 10-14 days, please call us at 800-905-5660 to check availability. We will try and accommodate last minute orders. One-day air is available. If you live in Southern California we have two pick-up locations available (Sherman Oaks and Agoura Hills).

Method of payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard or Money Order. No Checks accepted

Items are not returnable or refundable if they contain personalization. You have 24 hours in which to cancel an order.
